Travel/Lodging/Ground Transportation Information

  • In addition to the honorarium, host must pay for the cost of transportation for Bishop Dudley.
  • To ensure travel arrangements do not conflict with his schedule, his office will make travel arrangements and submit receipts for reimbursement
  • When you make his lodging arrangements, Bishop Dudley needs a non-smoking, King-size bed room located away from the elevators
  • Hotel preferences are Westin, Embassy Suites, Intercontinental, or Hyatt if possible
  • Bishop Dudley will not stay in a room with access from the street, i.e. Motel (unless on military installation)
  • Please let us know what your plans are for ground transportation, if any, otherwise taxi will be taken at hosts expense. If being picked up, please send the name and cell phone number of the person scheduled to pick him up.

Meals/Preferences Information

  • If meals are included with the event (only in the case they are) here are some preferences for your consideration. There are no food or drink allergies, however he would all drink offerings need to be non-alcoholic. See all preferences (but not mandates) below:
  • Drinks: Perrier Water, Sparkling Water or Club Soda, Fiji Water, Naked Juices (Mango or Grape), Ginger Ale
  • Snacks: Salted Nuts, Whole Peanuts/Pistachios, Almonds, Hot (spicy) snacks, Jalapeño Chips
  • Fruit: Mango, Banana, Apples, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Strawberries
  • Food/Meal: Seafood, Steak, Chicken, Turkey, Fresh Vegetables, (no pork)

Event Itinerary

  • One month prior to event, please forward a detailed itinerary including the times and location of when Bishop Dudley is expected to speak.
  • Also please send any social media graphics and share with his social media (Twitter: BishopGVD)

Product/Sales Information

  • Changing Lives Ministries is the company that distributes Bishop Dudley’s products such as sermon series, preaching/leadership tools, and his book “Prayer: Answers Guaranteed”. If appropriate for your audience, these are available for sale based on agreed exchange between his office and the host group.
  • Proceeds from the sale of all intellectual property of Bishop Dudley will go to Changing Lives Ministries.

Financial Information

  • Travel expenses (flights/mileage, meals, accommodations) for Bishop Dudley and (his wife and/or assistant)
  • Honorariums should be made payable to Changing Lives Ministries/Bishop Geoffrey V. Dudley, Sr. and given directly to him after he ministers.
  • Any checks for hotel or airlines reimbursements should be made payable to New Life In Christ Church and mailed to:

  • Although he does not require a specific monetary amount, customary gifts have ranged from $1,000 up to $3,000.00 each time he speaks. All day seminars have been as much as $1000/per day depending on how long and whether it is a multi-day seminar. Again these are suggestions and we trust you will value the excellence that is presented for your event. Moreover, non-profits with limited budgets whose mission is to serve the community and have a relationship with Bishop Dudley can discuss honorarium requirements, if any, on a case by case basis.
